5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship primarily within Denmark and the European Union. International shipping may be available upon request with additional terms and costs.

5.2 Delivery Times

• Standard delivery: 3-5 business days within Denmark
• Express delivery: 1-2 business days (additional cost)
• Custom builds: 5-10 business days after confirmation
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

5.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

6. Returns and Warranties

6.1 Return Policy

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive:

• 14-day cooling-off period for most products
• Items must be returned in original condition
• Custom-built systems are excluded from returns
• Customer pays return shipping costs
• Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving returned items

6.2 Manufacturer Warranties

• All products include manufacturer warranties
• Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product
• We facilitate warranty claims and repairs
• Custom builds include 12-month parts and labor warranty

6.3 Service Warranties

Our services include:

• 30-day warranty on assembly and installation work
• 90-day warranty on performance tuning
• Warranty void if modified by unauthorized parties
